Our Mission
MastHERpiece provides young women, ages 13-18, with the opportunity to identify, appreciate, and nurture their talents through the platforms of our E4 Model: engagement, education, encouragement and empowerment.
Our Model
MastHerpiece’s E4 model- engagement, education, encouragement and empowerment- transforms and ultimately reveals the beautifully unique masterpiece within each young woman.
ENGAGEMENT
Girls develop the necessary tools to navigate adolescence’s troubles and triumphs by engaging in bond-building activities that foster friendship and community among women.
EDUCATION
Real-world examples and experiences take education beyond the classroom, offering exposure to quality activities in the following areas: social/emotional health; financial management; science, technology, engineering and math (STEM); career planning, and safety skills.
ENCOURAGEMENT
Through positive mentoring relationships, young women are given the encouragement and guidance needed to realize and achieve their full potentials.
EMPOWERMENT
MastHERpiece empowers young women with an unwavering voice to conquer life’s challenges and the discernment to explore, determine, and stand firm in their own values and beliefs, regardless of peer pressure.
